Due to our fast production times. Once your order has been placed and paid for, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the product(s) are faulty or made wrong and to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused complete in terms of qty and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase i,e invoice copy
Your sales or invoice number and we will provide you with an Return Authorisation (RMA number) and a shipping address. Shipping cost back to us is at your cost
Replacement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then we will begin a remake of the goods or provide you with a credit if your goods are no longer required. This is at our absllute and sole discretion

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@beastwear..com.au and we will send you a return authorisation form with an ship to address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please also consider taking out insurance as transport Companies generally have limitations on the amount we can claim on your behalf and we are not responsible if they misplace or lose the package.
